A-LEADS Group is an IT outsourcing group that was established in 2011. There are a lot of young people in developing countries in Asia who cannot get any job opportunities despite their talent and desire to do so. There are also many children who have no choice but to give up their dreams due to the circumstances surrounding them. Our aspiration is to create opportunities for such young people. We contribute to the society of developing countries by making the most of opportunities that are given to us by our customers whilst simultaneously developing human resources.
I established A-LEADS in 2011 in order to achieve my vision to provide children in developing countries with a career and learning opportunities. Approximately three years have passed since then and we have grown so successfully that many Japanese clients recognize our business results and experiences. Now we are at the next stage to grow even further. We are going to create new values such as developing web services from here in Cambodia.

A-LEADS is engaged in a CSR program named “Madori for Children” which receives much support by our clients. This program is designed to donate to children in Cambodia through our services of tracing floor plans. There are a lot of children who cannot receive education in Slums and rural areas in Cambodia. Even with the fact that these children are able to take a 30-minutes class for only 10 yen. We support such regions by donating 10 yen per one-floor plan that we create, to the children through educational NGOs and schools. It is possible for clients to participate even more directly in our CSR program by donating an additional 10 yen per one-floor plan through A-LEADS.
